UPDATE AS OF 11/24/2025 AT 7:58 PM CT After consulting with Google to review Renervate's website at its entirety once again, no issues were found, and was most likely an error on Google's part. We apologize for the inconvenience. For any services we temporarily disabled as a precaution, it may take a while to restore services. If you're still experiencing any issues, please contact us at Renervate Help. Renervate takes security very seriously, and your security is our top priority. That's why we launched Renervate Quality Point Check Control. A bi-monthly full manual scan of the entire Renervate website, from its pages to the coding that runs the site behind it. We also run an automatic malware scanner weekly. Recently, it's been brought to our attention that Google believes there is active malware on the Renervate site, although they won't tell us where. On top of your privacy, we create 95% of the products you use in house, which means there is no possibility of malware infecting the products you use by us. For the products we do outsource, we rigorously check up on those products to make sure you're safe. And from our findings, there is no active malware. With that being said, we're working with Google to find out what their discoveries of malware on Renervate is, although they haven't told us where they found any malware, or what page they found it on. We're also working with Square, and our domain registrar to see if any of our partners are triggering false malware warnings from Google. Renervate is currently conducting a thorough review of this manner, and we will update you on our findings. Also, while we conduct this review, we have disabled any services we provide that uses 3rd party sources. We're currently treating this as a top priority.
