As Renervate continues to pioneer in company innovation, we bring new things to the world like this. This is Renervate Building, where all of the entertainment you love to do is brought to real life in 1 building. This means that there's no having to travel to multiple buildings for different types of entertainment.

It's everything that's on Billboard now, all in 1 room surrounded around you on Samsung TVs from top to bottom. You can even showcase your own content on the TVs after approval. We'll have a Galaxy Tab on a stand that will help you easily get your content from your device. Just visit a link, scan a QR code, or whatever's easier for you.
Explore the Korza room
Game in the Korza room, and choose from any gaming device you want to use. Xbox (360 and One), PlayStation, PC, Nintendo Switch, and more. And then you can choose from titles like Fortnite, Call of Duty, or play a game on Korza, here on the Renervate website all for one consistent price.*

Explore the Songplay rooms
Choose from one of the Songplay rooms you're in the mood for. There's the open mic room, and the concert room. We'll also bring you big name artists, such as Drake, Blueface, Ariana Grande, and more. We'll also work with these artists and bring you contests, and whoever wins can record a song with an artist.*

Sit down, and relax with friends and family. Complimentary popcorn will be provided, and if you'd like, you can pick up some on or over-ear noise-canceling headphones by either Samsung, Sony, or Bose. You can also watch TV, and sit down & relax on either a bean bag chair, recliner, or other options.
New: get some work done at the world's most entertaining building
Renervate Building wants to be there for our entrepreneurs, college students, or work from home people. Renervate's looking into adding standard and sound-proof study rooms with ethernet access and easily accessible power outlet access so you can take important calls, do some Excel work, or hop on Zoom with colleagues. For our entrepreneurs, we're looking into providing the appropriate computers and software, as well as equipment for video editing, music creation, graphics design, or wherever your creative journeys take you.

Don't have a restaurant that you enjoy near you? Renervate will. We'll try and partner with restaurants like Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out Burger, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, and more, as well as your typical restaurants like Wendy's, McDonald's, and others.
The easiest through-traffic management in the city
Renervate Building expects high volume through-traffic that comes with tourism, and for that we're already multiple step ahead. Taking a ridesharing service to Renervate Building like Uber or Lyft? We got you with a heated outdoor area for colder months and an indoor waiting room. Kenosha Area Transit city bus? Just follow the right clearly marked route. Even just waiting for food through an app like DoorDash is easy if you're relaxing in the lounge.
And you won't even have to worry about charging your devices.
With the Renervate Building, we'll be deploying Wireless Charger Duo Pad's by Samsung everywhere in the Renervate Building, so you won't ever have to worry about a charge, and charge it fast¹. So long as you have a Galaxy S6² or newer, Galaxy Note5² or newer, Gear S3 or newer, iPhone 8 or newer, or any other device that supports Qi wireless charging, you'll be good to go.

With Renervate Building, we want Building to be available for everybody. That's why we're also focused on accessibility for Renervate Building.
At the Renervate Building grand opening in Kenosha, Wisconsin, we only plan on having wheelchair accessibility and service animal availability available at this time. In the later planning of things, things may change. But we would also like to have vision impaired availability, hearing impaired availability, and more. We're facing decision challenges at the moment, but would love to implement this system.
