Keep a list of emoji locally on your device. You can access this file whenever you aren't connected to the internet, but updating the file by downloading a new version when its released would be required to access new emoticons.
Notice: due to an error, in the last EmojiNow text file update, your version may have showed as v5 at the top, and version 7 at the bottom. If you own this version, you currently have version 5 downloaded, and version 6 is now available. Version 7 has not yet been released.
