Anti-corporation meets anti-employer
Employers of corporations (usually larger corporations) usually get a bad rep because of their work environment. We strive to be the opposite of that. Making Renervate as enjoyable while productive as possible. It's not easy to create a place that universally everyone can enjoy while making sure the work at Renervate gets done, but we're up for the challenge. Because it's not only the people that use Renervate that are the reason why we're here, but also our employees. So we strive to make this the best experience for both parties.
We also look for people that want to grow with Renervate and make the best out of Renervate and see the best for the company as if it were their own. And that all starts with honesty, which is why we reveal this type of information up front with you. At times it could be challenging, especially depending on the department you work at in Renervate, but life is supposed to hand you different challenges. It's up to you to choose how to excel through that challenge. But one thing's for certain is that we're here with you during any handed challenge. Because we believe that teamwork is how we reach greatness together. Not division.
Because of this, we very much would like to get to know you when choosing applicants and can be selective. Application processes are not completely done virtually. We believe face to face conversations is how people really build a bond and a feeling for each other, so this is required. If you feel like a face mask would make you more comfortable during this, you're more than welcome to.
Inclusivity
Being a black owned business, we recognize the importance of inclusivity to not only African American employees, but any ethnicity. Your ethnicity doesn't define you as a person. Only you define you as a person.
No one person gets better treatment due to the way they look and talk, no one person gets worse treatment due to the way they look and talk. Everyone, no matter how they look or talk, should be treated the same as their neighbors from a different background. We can't stress this enough.
And it doesn't (and shouldn't) stop at inclusivity
We're aware that companies make claims that they strive for inclusivity, but then on average pay their white employees better than and give larger bonuses than their counterparts. Renervate pays our employees equally, no matter what their race is. And that's how it should be. Your pay and bonuses is only dictated by the dedication to your work, not by the color of your skin and your background. Once on a large enough company corporation scale, we'll review employer pay to make sure it stays that way. So you can rest assured that you're being paid fairly and discuss with you about your work with transparency.
