A: As you noticed, there are 2 Songplay versions that you are asked to choose. Understanding what the two are and the difference between them should help you make your decision.
WHAT LISTS IS
Songplay Lists consists of 3 lists in different genre's. Whatever genre you prefer to listen in, they all work the same.
Lists will give you a searchable list of different songs released in the last 10 years to choose from. This collection of music is not as big as the Songplay Radio list, but does not have the already minimal ads already on Songplay Radio.
WHAT RADIO IS
Radio has 3 genre's to choose between, and what we call "Stations" to choose between. Stations are different playlists of different curated music. Whether the popular music today, or a stroll back to old school music for your genre. Then you have the 3 genre's that bring you to a page that plays all music you selected for your genre. This selection plays minimal ads time to time, and has a larger selection of music. There is 1 ad per 25 songs.
