#AskRenervate: Statuses on accounts after Renervate hack
After the recent integration of Renervate accounts again, you may of seen the message "No accounts available. Sign up is only available right now." and are wondering what happened to your account.
When Renervate's system was breached and we moved from the renervate to renervateus URL, we made a statement saying that no accounts were affected, and you can sign in like you normally do once the Renervate account service was available again. All accounts are still unaffected.
We're readying your accounts to work with the new system so you can use it like normal.
All accounts that sign up now and are approved for being existant can log in once you receive the email from renervateresponse@gmail.com and begin using the new account. Any other email that sends you this message is not by Renervate, and you should contact us so we can investigate the issue.
