Thank you for taking a moment to read our message to you. As you may know, Renervate currently distributes apps to the Google Play Store and Samsung Galaxy Store, and has been for a while now. And for the majority of the time, we've been working with a 3rd party company to help us build those apps, Appsgeyser.
Renervate and Appsgeyser has been involved in creating Renervate apps together for several years now. Renervate has previously used other service to distribute our apps, but Appsgeyser has been our primary source for your everyday Renervate apps. Recently, we have announced plans to completely re-build all of our apps from scratch, and in term creating a much better user experience by creating our own in-house apps for the Play Store and Galaxy Store with complete control of how our apps operate. Unfortunately, we were forced to make this decision as Appsgeyser could not deliver to our quality standards. We have been working with our current app developer, Appsgeyser, closer than ever over recent times. There has been growing frustrations with us and our current app developer responsible for our existing apps, and us being forced to not update some of our apps for long extended periods of time, because otherwise our users would have to put up with obstructive ads in Renervate apps, which also makes our apps vulnerable to attacks. We know our apps have been increasingly downgrading in quality, and for this we apologize. We are aware of the frequent crashing, bugs, and obstructive ads on some of our apps, and we are taking action immediately. We have decided to expedite the process of releasing our own in-house apps, and discontinuing our existing apps as soon as possible to prevent further issues. We cannot guarantee updates with some of our existing apps until one of our own in-house apps can replace it, but we will do our best to do so without any further impacts to your experience. We have also decided to prioritize apps that needs to be replaced first, starting with Billboard. We will work our way up from Billboard, with QuikLink being last as QuikLink is not affected by any of these issues. QuikLink will still receive regular updates with no impacts to your experience, and only improvements. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience thus far, and we are doing our best to provide you with a much better experience. If you would like to get an early look at how our new app experience will look like, we will be releasing beta versions on the Play Store and Galaxy Store, and potentially alpha versions on both app stores as well. We also hope this change will lead to Renervate apps being available on more platforms as well. This includes the Amazon App Store, Samsung Appstore on Tizen for Samsung Smart TV (and Galaxy Store for Galaxy Watch), and potentially the Apple App Store on iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS. We have already expanded to the Microsoft Store with TrendNation and hope to continue doing so in the future. Thank you for your patience, and thank you for using Renervate.
