This is an official letter from the CEO of RenervateWe appreciate you taking the time to read and understand this statement. Recently, Renervate UCS detected suspicious activity and we locked down renervate.com in it's entirety. This suspicious activity was not related to Renervate, but could've lead to Renervate due to the fact that the suspicious activity took place on our systems, but had nothing to do with Renervate.
There were several social media accounts, and other various accounts that had been compromised through our systems. These accounts were linked to another platform that Renervate is not apart of, but because of the possibility that Renervate could have been compromised, we placed Renervate on lockdown to prevent such thing from happening. Your privacy & security is Renervate's #1 priority, and we'll take any necessary step possible for your data to prevent being compromised. To make things clear, no data was compromised, and we've moved on to a point where we believe your data and ours is 100% safe. For the record, Renervate has safeguards in place all the way back when we started Renervate. Multi-factor authentication, secure passwords, and multiple layers of security before you can breach our systems. It's still under investigation how this happened, but we're taking any steps possible to prevent this from happening again. At this time, all services have been restored and Renervate is able to be used regularly again, with some exceptions. Our Facebook and Instagram pages are unavailable at this time. We're working with Meta to restore our social media pages. Until then, you will not be able to access any Renervate social media on Facebook or Instagram at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to keep serving you from this point on with great services. - Latrell Jennings, CEO of Renervate.
